I am an accomplished water utility management specialist with over twenty-two (22) years' experience. I am an MSP and PRINCE2 Practitioner. I am interested in continuous improvement in water and sanitation services delivery and contribute towards sustained wellbeing of the beneficiary communities. As Chief Executive Officer I am a lead in the implementation of a turnaround strategy where we want to growth through high impact water and sanitation projects and digitalization for effective and efficient processes within Central Region Water Board. In this regard, I am passionate about business growth through viable and strategic investments as well as change management. Being a holder of an MBA, Master's in Integrated Water Resources Management and BSc in Civil Engineering, I have been involved in project management, administration, design, construction supervision. I successfully managed and delivered more than six projects in the Central Region under the First and Second National Water Development Programme.

Central Region Water Board (CRWB)was created in 1997 under the Waterworks Act No. 17, 1995 with a mandate to provide water supply and water-borne sanitation services to all towns and market centres in the Central Region of Malawi except Lilongwe City. The mission of the Board is to “develop, operate, maintain and provide reliable water and water-borne sanitation services in an efficient, effective and sustainable manner in the interest of stakeholders”. The Board has twenty-two (22) schemes geographically spread in all the nine districts in the Central Region. The schemes are grouped into four administrative zones of Dedza, Kasungu, Salima, and Mponela.
