Saahil Patel is the Head – Business Development for SADC countries at Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Pvt. Ltd. He is an engineer by qualification with an experience of over 12 years in International Business Development across Africa, Middle East & Eastern Europe. He has a good understanding of the EPC Turnkey Projects, Fund Raising & Investments for the same and International Trade of commodities.
He is handling business development activities for B2G & G2G for Shapoorji Pallonji Group companies including but not limited to Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC, Afcons Infrastructure Ltd, Sterling & Wilson Pvt Ltd, Oman Shapoorji LLC. His area of expertise is project financing by multilateral funding agencies like Exim Bank of India, UK Export Finance, SEK & EKN Sweden, EKF Denmark as well as International & Regional Banks like AfrEximBank, DBSA & TDB in SADC countries. He is responsible to for identifying key projects of strategic importance to fund and execute on EPC+F model as well as investment i.e. PPP, BOT, BOOT, PPA, HAM, etc. models.
His is based of the Mumbai HO but requires consistent travel to SADC countries in Africa.
