I am a former chairman of the Zimbabwe-India chamber of commerce, an organisation focused on improving trade relations between Zimbabweans and Indians. I am also the chairman of Hagadol Enterprises a multi-faceted business with a focus on trade, IT, agriculture and education. Most of the business is focused on and in the Indian community and even going as far as sending Zimbabwean students to Indian Universities. I have sent students to various Universities such as Sharda, Jain, Chitkara and Marwadi to study and gain exposure.

support and ongoing relationship with the Embassy of India in Zimbabwe and the Ministry of Industry & Commerce, Government of Zimbabwe. Hagadol Enterprises is a registered organization which was conceptualized in 2013. It is a Zimbabwean Family owned business, whose family members have various experiences, being a family owned organization it has not been spared by the challenges associated with
family organizations, hence this strategic document set out to established the organization as a bigger and better organization.; As we seek to fully revamp the family idea critical analysis and thought pattern has been followed, specially from the teaching we have received in the strategic management field.
