Eloquently versed with diplomatic engagement and protocols required for international liaison, she has worked with several Government Ministries in Zambia, such as Foreign Affairs & International Relations; Commerce Trade & Industry; Tourism; Health; Gender; Office of the President and Office of the Vice President and quasi Govt entities like the Zambia Development Agency. Rose is a Zambian PR and Communications specialist, entrusted with executing International, Private Sector/Corporate Organisation and the Zambian Government objectives by managing their strategic high profile, VVIP and State events. Rose has this year, Programme managed 6 Presidential State Events and 4 International Summits such as 2022 Africa Day Investiture Ceremony at State House; 2022 AU/Africa Business Council Private Sector Dialogue: 2022 AU 4th Mid-Year Co-ordinating Summit State Banquet: 2022 EU/AU ZDA Summit: 2022 IFC/World Bank and Zambian Government Public Private Dialogue Forum Launch.
